The basement was incomplete and odored of mold and mildew because the arena did not get enough heat while in the freezing weeks, and the air vents had their issues, however at first, it did not bother myself and others initially because I did not need the extra space, however when I realized the mold and mildew would affect the rest of the house, I had to take action. At first, I bought a portable space heating system from the local business, but I still needed to address the issue entirely. After consulting a buddy who worked as a local supplier, I decided to finish the basement, find a way to make the central heating idea work, and seek professional advice, and it was going to be an costly venture, however at that recognizable point, I had no choice. I went to a heating specialist to seek professional advice, as my buddy had recommended, but the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional indicated that since I had a geo heat pump in arena, I could consider having radiant flooring in the basement and heating system maintenance to determine why the heating component was not laboring correctly.
