I know that most people consider college to be the best days of their life, and for me it is no different.
- I loved every day that I was a college student, and now that I have graduated I am starting to miss it more and more each day that passes.
I miss my friends a great deal of course, but the thing that I find myself missing the most is being pampered while living on campus. While I was living in the dorm rooms I never had to stress out about scheduling HVAC repair checks or having to spend hours online looking for a fair deal on an air conditioning unit. All of those problems were taken care of by the college, paid for by the college, and all I had to do was let them know when I had a problem arise. The HVAC repair tech would come to my dorm and repair the unit while I was at class or at practice, and I never had to worry about making conversation about the weather or how the local football team is doing. Now that I am on my own I am finding myself extremely overwhelmed with all of the decisions that come with living in a house. Having to narrow the list between the dozens of HVAC heating and cooling companies available is a downright nightmare, and having to pay whatever they charge you once they are done with their work always leaves me stressed out. Looking back on it now I am so glad that I got the most I could out of college, but my current situation really has me missing those carefree days.
