Planning the year for the local HVAC business

I have worked for the local business for over five years and love it.

I started as a junior HVAC repairman and have now grown to head my department and contribute to the day-to-day running of the business. Over the years, we have found that setting goals for the year are better done during the last quarter of the year. Each head of the department should brainstorm with their team and develop plans to grow the HVAC business further. We have several departments, including HVAC installation and tune-up, including HVAC maintenance. We also have the HVAC providers responsible for up-selling the HVAC units in our inventory. We recently introduced a department that involves training novice HVAC professionals to become pros in the industry. I am very proud of this department as it works to shape future leaders and professionals into maintaining and producing quality HVAC from quality HVAC brands. One of the goals we had for this year was to break our record in sales. We would run aggressive marketing for our HVAC systems, including our new thermostats. We live in a small community and intend to upscale our sales to neighboring towns. Our vision is to provide help with indoor comfort to residents all over the western part of the country. We take over city by city with our new HVAC equipment and efficient services. I am fortunate to have a team with the same, if not more, drive than me when it comes to growing the business. I look forward to a great year, and at the end of it, we shall analyze our progress and set higher goals for the following year.
