These last few weeks, I’ve been dealing with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialists that the church has been using to service our equipment.
At this point, I don’t trust the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialists anymore.
I’ve been working at the church for a few months, but the church has been using the same Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier for 3 years. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier has a key to the building plus correctly inspects plus repairs the HVAC systems when needed. A few weeks ago, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist told the church that we’d need to update the capacitors in each of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C units. That was weird to me, because they’d just updated a couple of those on the a/c equipment last year. The church said they would last 5-7 years! Also, they mentioned that a single furnace needed a bit of work. The church updated all of the parts ourselves, plus the furnace still stopped functioning. The church called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist, plus they informed us that there were 2 more major broken parts our our Heating, Ventilation and A/C units, plus he updated them plus got the Heating, Ventilation and A/C units actually working again. After a few weeks, the same HVAC systems stopped working, plus the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist had to come fix it again. He informed us that the church would need to update the capacitor in 2 more of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C units. This was weird because we’d just updated those parts a few weeks ago. I’m worried that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialists are either lying or dishonest. I truthfully hope not though!
