The past couple months, I’ve been dealing with the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company that our church has been using for our Heating as well as Air Conditioning needs.
I’m not sure that I trust this Heating as well as Air Conditioning company anymore, and I’ve only been working with the church for a year or so. However, our church has been using the same Heating as well as Air Conditioning company for the past 5 years. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning company was given a key to the church as well as regularly inspects as well as repairs the the a/c systems as well as gas gas furnaces when they require it. A few months ago, the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company told me that we needed to replace the capacitors in every single Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit. This was bizarre in my mind, because they’d just replaced a few of these on the a/c systems last year. Also, they mentioned that one a/c system needed a bit of work, and the church replaced all of the parts ourselves as well as the a/c systems still stopped working. I contacted the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company, plus they told me that there were a few more major broken parts that were missed during inspection of the Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems. They replaced them as well as got the Heating as well as Air Conditioning units working again. Several months later, the same a/c system stopped working again, as well as the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company repaired it again, but he told me that the church would need to replace the capacitor again in a few more months. That was bizarre because I’d just had it replaced a few months ago. I’m suspicious that the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company is either lying or being lazy. I absolutely hope it’s laziness.
