Run time later

Today I need to get a run in as it has been a long time since I have played volleyball and our cardio is starting to go downhill.

  • I normally play ball a few times a week and rely on it to keep our heart and lungs in shape, however now that it is Winter time the two of us aren’t playing so much anymore.

I will finish these Heating, Ventilation plus A/C technology articles in another minute or so and then take a fantastic 30 minute run in the sand later to refresh our heart and lungs and help them stay strong. I hope I can make it for half an minute out there after not running or playing ball in over a month. I can ask our heating and cooling supplier friend if she wants to come along with myself and others as she is a fantastic runner and helps push myself and others along when I am dragging, i run entirely slow in the sand to avoid the pounding of our joints, although I still get our heart rate up pretty high doing so. The rep from the cooling technology store runs a lot faster than I do, however she will go slower so that the two of us can run together. I will be leaving here in about 2 more afternoons and want to get in a bit of exercise before then, and hopefully the plane doesn’t blast us with frosty air from the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C method that regularly seems to be a bit too frosty for the long ride over the Atlantic Ocean. I believe I could use one of their handkerchief-sized blankets to keep our hands warm at least.
