Living in a duplex isn’t so exhausting if you get along with your neighbors. I was lucky to have a washing machine and clothes dryer inside our own unit as some duplexes are owned by the same property owner and will expect their tenants to share these accommodations. Rent has been increasing steadily in this area ever since the reusey from the 2008 financial recession. I guess several of our friends assume appreciate they will never be homeowners in this kind of economy as things progress for us all. I would do not like to guess I would be stuck being in rentals of some kind for the rest of our life, however that’s all I can actually afford at the moment. Right now I’m in a small lake house that has ductwork, however it’s just a single area of ventilation. The arena is so small that it feels narrow for just 1 person, let alone several if you have a loving partner. I really guess this arena could benefit from a zone controlled heating and cooling system with a ductless mini split. A ductless mini cut air conditioner would be perfect for this apartment, and would solve the issue of taking up so much space with the current air handler. You could free up whatever closet that is housing the air handler and repurpose it for something else. However, our property owner is never going to do this. He will keep the current air conditioner in arena until something happens to it and it stops toiling altogether. At least the current air conditioner is decent, some central air conditioners aren’t nearly as good.
