I am a property owner for a small five component building plus I am thinking about replacing the window air conditioner units with an alternative.
I obtained the building about multiple years ago plus it came with the window air conditioning system units. Window air conditioning system was pretty much the only viable option for air conditioning when the building was originally built, so I guess the previous owner wanted to keep it going to preserve some of that historic charm. However, several of my occupants consistently run into problems with the window air conditioners, plus I can only make so several replacements before it becomes a huge waste of cash. I’m thinking about switching to a ductless mini break system. They kind of look enjoy window air conditioners but they are more durable, have better air purifying elements, plus add in the element of heating! Window air conditioners do not have the option to heat, plus I believe that has been a huge pain point for occupants here, but luckily the two of us live in a pretty hot state, so I believe that they aren’t freezing to death in their apartments, but I still guess it would be nice to have that comfort after a long hard day. I believe that I enjoy to recognize comfortable in my home, so why wouldn’t I want them to recognize the same way? This was a huge reason I decided to buy a building plus start being a property owner. I’ve had so several property owners simply not enjoy the building plus how it was impacting us. I’ve even had difficult problems with my health because of it. I particularly enjoy the comfort of my occupants because I want them to have a great experience plus choose to live there for a long time.
