I have come to find over the years that while in the nippy season, if I’m around a locale where there is too much heating, I end up getting a horrible headache.
It’s really odd how it happens, and it has just started happening in the past couple of years.
I think it’s getting worse as I actually become older. I do not know if that is my hormones or what. Anyway, I noticed this past nippy season that it’s been especially terrible whenever I’m anywhere that has the heating appliance turned way up. I end up getting a horrific headache and I feel terrible and have to leave. I’m not sure If it’s because my body temperature gets too boiling or perhaps I get dehydrated or something like that, although I just can’t take it anymore. It’s the same way when I’m riding in the car. If I’m running with a person who wants to have the heating appliance on full blast, then I must crack my window and stick my head out. Aside from that, I just end up feeling sick to my stomach and I have a rotten headache. I just do not understand what’s going on with me, however my doctor does not seem to know either… He said that it is most likely something to do with my hormones and growing older. He really did not have anything that I could do for it other than just telling me to stay away from locales that are cranking the temperature control up too high! That’s not really good advice, since I knew that anyway. I had to pay my doctor to tell me to stay away from locales that are too crazy with their heating appliance usage. I already knew that!
