I have come to learn over the years that during the cold season, if I’m around a place where there is too much heating, I end up getting a seriously bad headache.
It’s really weird how it happens, plus it has just started happening in the past few years.
I think it’s actually becoming worse as I get older. I don’t really know if that is my hormones or what! Anyway, I observed this past cold season that it’s been especially bad whenever I’m anywhere that has the heating device turned way up. I end up getting a miserable headache plus I actually feel terrible plus have to leave. I’m not exactly sure If it’s because my body temperature gets too sizzling or maybe I get dehydrated or something similar to that, despite the fact that I just can’t take it anymore. It’s the same way when I’m riding in the car. If I’m running with somebody who wants to have the heating appliance on full blast, then all of us have to crack our window plus stick our head out. Otherwise, I just end up feeling sick to my stomach plus I have a brutal headache. I just don’t understand what is going on with me, but my doctor does not seem to really know either… She said that it is honestly something to do with my hormones plus getting older, however she did not have anything that I could do for it other than simply telling me to keep away from sites that are regularly cranking the heating device! That’s not really fantastic advice, since I knew that anyway. I had to cover the cost for my doctor to tell myself and others to stay away from sites that are too crazy with their gas heating devices. I already knew that!
