Too much heat gives me a headache

I have found over the years that during the winter, if I’m around a place where there is too much heating, I end up getting a really bad headache.

It’s really weird how it happens, and it has just started happening in the past few years.

I think it’s getting worse as I get older. I don’t know if that’s my hormones or what. Anyway, I noticed this past winter that it’s been really bad whenever I’m somewhere that has the heating system turned way up. I end up getting a terrible headache and I feel awful and have to leave. I’m not sure If it’s because my body temperature gets too hot or maybe I get dehydrated or something like that, but I just can’t take it anymore. It’s the same way when I’m riding in the car. If I’m running with someone who wants to have the heating system on full blast, then I have to crack my window and stick my head out. Otherwise, I just end up feeling sick to my stomach and I have a terrible headache. I just don’t understand what’s going on with me, but my doctor doesn’t seem to know either. He said that it is probably something to do with my hormones and getting older, but he didn’t have anything that I could do for it other than just telling me to stay away from places that are too hot! That’s not really great advice, since I knew that anyway. I had to pay my doctor to tell me to stay away from places that are too crazy with their furnace usage. I already knew that!
