I didn’t guess if they could maintenance the oil furnace or if it had to be updated, although I couldn’t have our family over if it was going to be cold in our home. I made the cellphone call, had a Heating and Air Conditioning tech at the apartment within an minute, plus I found out that the reason I didn’t have heat had nothing to do with the oil furnace. My breaker switch flipped from an overload.
