I can't be inside when the heating is set too high

I legitimately can’t be inside for too long whenever people have their heating systems set too high. I have found over the years that I end up getting a legitimately exhausting headache if I am too hot for too long & it seems to be especially tplot during the winter. That’s when the heating systems are set to run until the insides of buildings assume like the insides of a oil furnace! I don’t understand why people tend to believe that. I believe a lot of people are legitimately cold natured, & they believe that when the weather outside is cold, that means that they need to turn up the thermostat inside. I have news for people though, however you legitimately do not have to turn your thermostat up to 74 or 73 degrees. All you legitimately need to do is make sure that your current home is warmer than it is outside. Most of the time, people will be comfortable enough & that way you won’t have super high heating bills either. I like to eat the thermostat in our apartment at 65 degrees, & I do that year round. Some people believe that this temperature is way too cold for the Wintertide time, however I do not have any complications with it. And the best thing about it is that I do not get any headaches! I just can’t sit being anywhere that the oil furnace is running all the time. I particularly have to get up & leave the room or I will get sick as a dog. I believe that comes with getting older!
