He has been definitely working on a plan, you see, but to execute it he needed my skills as a heating and A/C tech, identifiably in terms of energy efficiency and ventilation. He had built a custom condo on the edge of the property line, and wanted it set up with a truly complex climate control and humidity regulation system. I will provide him credit for doing his research, because his notes on the heating and A/C plan he needed were truly detailed and particular. He asked if I was capable of doing the work, and I said that I was, but the heat and A/C components he needed would cost a lot of money. It’s funny that cannabis is called a weed because it will grow anywhere, because my sibling was willing to spend a ton of money on the heating and A/C plan to make it grow. It turns out that ditch weed grows anywhere, hence the name, but for top quality dispensary-grade cannabis, it needed the TLC that only a superior heating and A/C plan could provide it. I’m not sure where he is getting the actual money from, though.
