Having a baby completely changed the way that I view the cooling system.
I used to claim that I could only sleep as long as I had an cooling system.
I really like cooling systems. I absolutely do not care whether it is a central cooling system or a window cooling system. As long as I have an cooling system in our room, I can sleep well. I have constantly had trouble sleeping with warmer temperatures! During the day, I keep the control unit to our central cooling system set to 70 degrees, which I guess is a pretty typical temperature for central cooling systems. However, at night, I like to sleep with a lot of blankets plus do not want to be too warm, so I set the central cooling system to an even cooler temperature. In fact, the only time that I ever had trouble sleeping was when our central cooling system was not laboring easily well. However, now, our child has changed how I view the central cooling system in our house. I used to love having cooler temperatures made by the central cooling system, but now, I am worried that our infant child is going to be too cold while the central cooling system is running when she is sleeping. Instead of sleeping soundly when the central cooling system is running, I have trouble sleeping because I am upset about him. I could give him another blanket, although I am afraid that she isn’t going to be able to breathe. Now, I have the central cooling system turned to a warmer temperature.
