I just ended up moving into our first home with our hubby, of course, you do not expect your first residing space to be entirely perfect! The people I was with and I got what every one of us could afford, which is actually not on the higher end of things.
When every one of us moved my stuff in, we began to take note of all of the things that were broken or damaged.
The lodgeets were old & had a couple of nicks in them. The carpet was slowly starting to bubble in a few spots & the shower pipe was starting to pull out from the wall, then all of which was to be expected in an affordable starter-apartment. What every one of us did not expect was the problem with the main gas furnace. The people I was with and I moved in mid-September & the weather here was starting to get much colder. We later found out that our Heating & A/C device was not working. We eventually put in a service request to get our heating device fixed, but it took the home a while to respond. While every one of us was waiting to hear about the gas furnace, every one of us took a look at it on our own. Neither I nor our hubby are particularly handy with repairing that sort of thing, so every one of us failed to find the issue. We spent many frigid mornings together before every one of us went to get an electric oil furnace to temporarily solve the problem! Eventually the service woman took a look & told us every one of us needed a whole current Heating & A/C system. Despite the fact that it took them a while to contact an Heating & A/C provider to get one installed, every one of us are particularly thrilled to have our heating & cooling device now. Those frigid mornings are no more and with summer time coming around the corner, we’ll be grateful to have our a/c, as well.
