· First stage, Water flows through a 20" solid carbon cartridge for removing volatile organic carbon compounds (VOC's), insecticides, pesticides and industrial solvents.*

· Second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth stages, water travels through a one micron filter pad, KDF55, KDF85, Ion Exchange resin, GAC, and another one micron pad and removes hundreds of contaminants* from your drinking water.
