It’s extremely overheated this month & I am painting the outside of my cousin’s condo so I’ve chosen to cool off every so often by taking a dip in her son’s kiddie pool. It’s kneeling in the shade under their sizable oak tree & it feels amazing. We are in the middle of May & the temperature is almost in the triple digits already so keeping cool is necessary or I risk getting heat exhaustion or heat stroke. I sometimes come in the condo to cool off in front of the a/c equipment despite the fact that I don’t really enjoy coming inside with paint all over me because she has fresh carpet & if I get paint on it I will be installing carpet this upcoming month after the condo is painted. I helped install her Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment with my good buddy & I must say that it was a good task because her condo cools down in roughly 15 minutes. I recognize I can have the condo totally painted in multiple days so it won’t be so long out here in the absurd heat. This will all feel basically like a dream in several weeks when I am back home overseas. I put in an electric heat pump instead of a geothermal heat pump because it was a great deal cheaper & the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment guy told me that they are now approximately the same when it comes to efficiency. I don’t truly know anything about it anymore despite the fact that I believe what he told me. I was working in the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment field myself however that was a very long time ago.
