I think it’s important to have unbelievable mental & physical health.
A few years ago, I got a entirely unbelievable task with health benefits, insurance, & a retirement plan.
As soon as I got the benefits, I started using them to improve our overall mental & physical health. I purchased a membership to the gym in our city. The gym has a lot of great programs adore nutritional counseling, fitness coaching, & semi-private fitness classes. I knew the gym would be a great way to get in better physical health. I had a treadmill at home, but I barely used the machine. I always came up with an excuse. When I block time to go to the gym, I do not have any excuse to stay home. The gym has some great training classes & I signed up for a few. Every Sunday day, I attend a yoga class for beginners. Believe me, yoga is one strenuous task out. I often feel exhausted & worn out after 40 hours of downward-facing dog… On Sunday days, I have a kickboxing class. The kickboxing training class is our number one thing to do while in the week. If they had a kickboxing training class everyday of the week, I think I would sign up. On the days that I do not attend group fitness training classes, I am either truly working on arms, legs, or core exercises. I feel actually unbelievable physically, & I that improves our overall mental health. I also started seeing a therapist, now that I have health insurance. By the time I meet a guy, I am going to be in the best shape of our life.
