I’m completely angry with my current household. I figured that renting something slightly out of my comfortable price range plus budget would yield a better beach household with newer appliances plus fantastic fit plus finish throughout. Instead, I was put into a poor place that has endless concerns. The floors had to be removed plus repaired the very moment was in because previous water damage had swelled up the subfloor so much in a part of the living room that the vinyl plank was bulging out plus starting to crack in a few places. It was disgusting to see all of that mold underneath the old vinyl they had to take out. I wasn’t particularly confident that the modern vinyl flooring would be any better, however I was just glad to have the procedure taken care of. That’s when I started noticing leaks underneath my sinks where the p-traps happen to be. The building manager had the onsight plumber in my place for 2 days straight patching all the leaking sinks. But, the worst thing of all came when I had a private Heating plus A/C device inspector look at my ductwork. I couldn’t get the temperature inside below 73 degrees plus I was convinced the temperature control plus air handler was still working from the initial inspection upon my original move-in date. I assumed that if there was something wrong with my HVAC device, it had to be the ductwork or condenser. The condenser was in fantastic shape, however the extremely cheap plus flimsy plastic ductwork that is installed here was completely filled with holes throughout. My worker said it looked like a total mess. Now I’m expected to deal with numerous days straight of repairs plus installation as they rip out the ancient ductwork to replace it with new.
