Sometimes I do dumb things, an example of my most recent dumb thing that I have done was that I nearly broke my heater.
I might be wondering how I almost broke my heater.
Well I nearly broke my heater last week when I was cleaning my house. When I clean I can get a bit reckless, I had everything disorganized and I managed to make a huge mess and as a result I was trying to sort things to put things back in their place. I was making piles of all the items I didn’t need and all the things that I needed to get rid of and I was randomly in carelessly throwing them around. Mind you, some of these items were quite big. I threw one of the pieces of furniture, which was a small table lamp and ended up shattering my window. Yes I literally threw my lamp out a window, it’s just barely missed my zone controlled HVAC that I had near. Because that lamp is an antique, and as a result is quite heavy, it may have very well completely broke it, if it hadn’t broken it it would have left a nasty dent and I would possibly need a repair. The good thing is that I did miss it, and as it stands right now my zoned HVAC is fine. However I can’t help but to think about what could have happened, if I had hit it, and when I do think about it, I am filled with dread at how much I’m sure it would have cost. I need to be more careful when I’m cleaning everything in my house.
