I Have lived in an old home for the past three decades now, out of all those years not a whole lot of things have changed.
as a matter of fact most of it is still the same as from when I first originally moved in. when me and my husband first moved into this house so we did a great a few things but for the most part we left the house as it is, we like the charmed little houses draining it and then I change too much but now with the house getting older we are going to need to make some necessary adjustments. One of these adjustments is the HVAC system. The heating and cooling system really should be replaced soon, especially the heater. The heater has been struggling to warm the house every winter. it is only getting worse it doesn’t seem like it’s going to get better and with the way the winters are here, and how cool they can get the temperatures are certainly nothing to play around with, so we really should be taking care of now to avoid having any potential breakdown in the future. After having the discussion with my husband we decided that it would be best to go ahead and call a local HVAC company to get a heating and cooling professional to come out and evaluate the current health of our heater. Like most everything is in our house the heater is old, it is an old gas furnace and we are hoping that it can be repaired because we really don’t want to replace a whole new heater due to the cost. it is really important that we get this taken care of now while it is still working because we are afraid of freezing if it breaks in the middle of winter.
