My bird feeders were destroying our air quality.

There were so many birds in the back yard that they were actually building their nests on the air conditioning unit.

When we bought our house, I was really anxious to start beautifying the outdoors. I had never thought of myself as a bird person, but there were a lot of interesting birds that were hanging out in my backyard. I wanted to put up a couple of bird feeders to feed them. Unfortunately, I let myself get out of control with the birdfeeders. I found out that I was able to make the birdfeeders and I was enjoying the hobby. I was putting bird feeders all over my yard. I even had a bird feeder hanging from my roof. I didn’t think much about the fact that I was beginning to see more and more birds every day. I was almost afraid to go into my backyard, by the end of two months. I was beginning to see some problems with my air conditioning unit, about the same time. I called my HVAC company and I asked them to come look at my air conditioning unit. When the HVAC technician arrived, he headed to the backyard. He came back into the house and told me I had to get rid of the birdfeeders. There were so many birds in the back yard that they were actually building their nests on the air conditioning unit. Bird droppings, dead grass and other debris was getting into the AC unit. He said that the air vents were nearly blocked. If I didn’t get rid of most of the bird feeders so the birds would leave, my air conditioning unit was going to need replacing quite often.
