There was also an article that was saying they were responsible for their A/C machine. I thought this easily meant that she was responsible for the added cost of the A/C machine since it was more costly as well as not as necessary as heating. I was doing a quick walk-around in the apartment, as well as I observed that there wasn’t a temperature control component in the apartment at all. This meant that all of the apartments got their heating from a single central temperature control unit. The temperature control component was totally regulated by the superintendent of the building. I knew how my child was with her not loving it to be too overheated in the residence. If this was someone who liked it to be entirely warm, she was going to be incredibly sick. I walked out of the place as well as I started to tell her that this apartment was not a really good fit for her when I heard her talking to the super. She politely told him thank you for showing her the venue, but because of the lack of A/C machine as well as there not being any control over her own heat she would have to say no to the apartment. I was never as proud of her as I was at that given moment.
