I want my beach body back

For the longest time, I have been self-conscious about my physical appearance.

I have been overweight for a long period of time. There was a time when I was younger and I loved to go swimming all the time. Now that I don’t have that beach body going on for me, I feel like I never want to get into a swimming suit. Well, that was until I decided to start seeing a personal trainer. The personal trainer was on board with me right away showing me exactly what kind of food I needed to have in my diet with the nutritional counseling program. I got into a very serious workout routine, and while it was not easy, it was exactly what I needed to get back on track with my physical fitness. With the energy from the healthy food I was eating and the regularly workout routines, I was starting to shed the fat away. My personal trainer tells me that when you get into the zone of eating the proper food that your body needs, you start to shed weight naturally. Of course if you want to build muscle, you have to get that exercise as well. So I was doing everything I could so that I could finally go swimming again without feeling embarrassed or like I’m going to be judged by other people. I’ll admit, with all the work I’ve done with my personal trainer, I think I could get into a swimming suit at anytime, but I feel like I can get in even better shape before I decide to do that.
