I’ve always been a bit handy with tools and I’ve taken apart enough stuff to know how just about everything works.
I really don’t mind helping out the rest of the family from time to time and they usually know if it’s something I can help with or if they should call it a professional. Most of them also wait until normal waking hours before calling me but not uncle Nate.last night Uncle Nick called me just after 1 a.m. because his air conditioner stopped working and he wanted me to come fix it. I have to preface by saying that Uncle Nate is not one of my favorite uncles. He’s a bit of a lout and he thinks that only his opinions matter. I just don’t like being around him much. Despite this, I said I would come out and take a look and his air conditioner in the morning he called me again at 6 a.m. and wanted to know when I was coming over and then he proceeded to complain about being hot all night with no air conditioning. He acted as if it was my fault. A couple hours later I made it to his house and looked at his air conditioning unit. it seemed that his compressor was seized up. I found another compressor online and told him the cost. And he wanted me to pay for it. he acted like because I could fix it I was also responsible for all the cost involved. Let’s put it this way, he’s going to be waiting for a long time for his air conditioner to be.
